Welcome to ckx8, an online gambling platform operated for the Bangladesh market. These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ckx8 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ckx8 platform at ckx8.app, you confirm that you have read these T&C in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use the ckx8 platform.

• You hold only one active ckx8 account. Operating multiple accounts is grounds for immediate suspension without prior notice.

ckx8 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any stage of the account lifecycle — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any suspicious activity. You agree to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal holds or account closure.

All financial transactions on ckx8 are denominated in BDT. ckx8 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. Minimum deposit via these methods is ৳100.
• International cards: Visa and Mastercard. The applicable minimum deposit is displayed at checkout.

• ckx8 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Requests that cannot be verified may be held pending identity confirmation.

Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider in connection with ckx8 transactions. ckx8 does not add surcharges on deposits or withdrawals, but third-party processing fees may apply. Players should confirm fees with their provider before initiating a transaction.

ckx8 may offer promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or BPL season. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are credited only after any qualifying deposit has been confirmed. Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your wallet.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover for each promotion is stated at the point of offer, typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x rollover).

• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors to generate disproportionate bonus credit, or placing opposing bets to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and bonus-derived funds.

Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the same wagering requirements as cash bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds, not real money, until the wagering requirement is met.

ckx8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides the following tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit limits: players may set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap from their account settings. Requests to reduce a limit take effect immediately; requests to increase a limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.

• Opening or operating more than one account, or allowing a third party to operate your account without prior written consent from ckx8.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during the registration or KYC process, or at any other stage of the account lifecycle.

All content on the ckx8 platform — including software, game interfaces, graphic design, text, logos, and trade marks — is the property of ckx8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ckx8 platform solely for your personal recreational use. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content.

Unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any ckx8 platform content is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to ckx8 may be used by ckx8 without restriction, compensation, or attribution.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ckx8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruption, or any other loss of any nature, even if ckx8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. ckx8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from platform use shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ckx8 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ckx8 does not guarantee any particular game outcome. All games on the ckx8 platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology where applicable.

ckx8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited activities listed in Section 7.
• ckx8 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct in connection with the account.
• The player is found to be under 21 years of age, or has provided false information during registration or the KYC process.
• ckx8 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law.

Upon permanent closure of an account, any real-money balance remaining — after deduction of bonus funds and any amounts subject to forfeiture — will be returned via the payment method on record, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. ckx8 shall process eligible refunds within 14 business days of account closure confirmation.

ckx8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When a material change is made, ckx8 will update the Last Updated date displayed at the top of this page. ckx8 may also notify registered players of significant changes via in-platform notification or by email to the address associated with the player's account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the ckx8 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
